Umina Beach Granny Flat Project
Built on a timber floor with a uni pier system and green foil board underfloor insulation to meet BASIX, this granny flat features white interiors with vinyl planks, a streamlined kitchen, a stone top vanity, separate bathroom and laundry, reverse cycle air conditioning, Weathertex cladding and rear lane access with an automatic gate and carport.
Morisset Park Granny Flat Project
A two bedroom brick veneer granny flat in Morisset Park using our Tuggerah design, offering open plan living, low maintenance finishes, off street parking and landscaped outdoor areas, finished to a high standard with an expected rental return of about $450 to $470 per week.
Woy Woy Granny Flat

Project: Investment Granny Flat Umina Beach
Built in Umina Beach for Sydney investors, this two bedroom granny flat uses flood compliant bearers and joists with a uni pier system and underfloor insulation. Major cost drivers included the split skillion gable roofline with raked and square set ceilings, a stone top kitchen with breakfast bar and tiled splashback, vinyl plank flooring, separate toilet and split system air conditioning, crisp exterior cladding with square architraves, plus rear lane works with an automatic sliding gate, an extended driveway to a covered carport and alfresco, a front patio and low maintenance landscaping.
Granny Flat Project: Rutherford
This one-bedroom, open-plan granny flat was custom-designed and built by the experienced team at P J Cook Building. The brief was to create a modern “mini home” for the owners’ parents, who wanted to downsize and live closer to their daughter and grandchildren.
