Woy Woy Granny Flat
We recently demolished a garage and built a new Garage and Granny Flat for some homeowners in Woy Woy on The Central Coast. The purpose of this build was to provide the owner with a new garage and granny flat at the rear for family, friends or Airbnb. View the project details here.
Project: Investment Granny Flat Umina Beach
Built in Umina Beach for Sydney investors, this two bedroom granny flat uses flood compliant bearers and joists with a uni pier system and underfloor insulation. Major cost drivers included the split skillion gable roofline with raked and square set ceilings, a stone top kitchen with breakfast bar and tiled splashback, vinyl plank flooring, separate toilet and split system air conditioning, crisp exterior cladding with square architraves, plus rear lane works with an automatic sliding gate, an extended driveway to a covered carport and alfresco, a front patio and low maintenance landscaping.
Granny Flat Project: Rutherford
This one-bedroom, open-plan granny flat was custom-designed and built by the experienced team at P J Cook Building. The brief was to create a modern “mini home” for the owners’ parents, who wanted to downsize and live closer to their daughter and grandchildren.
