Project Details

The interior layout used for this Granny Flat is our Gosford design floorplan, which features an open-plan layout. The Gosford design has performed well in the market due to its open floor plan layout and numerous other features it offers.

The interior features a galley-style kitchen with a splashback window, an island bench with a breakfast bar, and open-plan dining and living areas that create a spacious and bright feel.

This design consists of a combined bathroom and laundry, wardrobes with sliding mirror doors in the bedrooms, walls painted in Haymes Whitewash, Denver 4.5mm vinyl plank floors, wool carpet to bedrooms and wardrobes, ceiling fans in each bedroom with LED lights throughout, 3.5KW Actron reverse circle air conditioning, 2 tone kitchen – Polytec Polar White Sheen vanity, below bench cabinets, pantry tower and Polytec Ravine Bleached Walnut to overhead cabinets with 20mm Santorini Smart Stone bench tops providing that crisp, relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

The exterior consists of Weathertex Selflok Texwood Smooth Cladding, Gully roof, gutters, Surfmist fascia, Bradnams aluminium powder-coated Surfmist door and window frames.
