Umina Beach Dual Occupancy Project

This dual occupancy development was delivered for a local family in Umina Beach on the Central Coast of NSW and completed in two carefully planned stages.

Stage 1 – 2019
Construction of the 2-bedroom single-storey granny flat using our Ettalong Beach design.

Stage 2 – 2021
Demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of our popular Stockton 3-bedroom home design with a single-car garage.

Staging the project allowed the owners to maximise flexibility, manage cash flow and create long term value from their block.
