We begin with an on-site consultation to discuss your ideas, budget and goals before inspecting the space and preparing an initial estimate.
From there, we’ll guide you through design, product selections, a detailed proposal, contracts and scheduling before construction begins. Throughout the entire process, you’ll deal directly with Peter and the P J Cook Building team, giving you confidence that your renovation is professionally managed from concept to completion.
